  • Deposits

    All new clients and existing clients without an in-person pre booked appointment are required to pay a deposit to hold your spot.

    The deposit amount will cover the first hour of your scheduled service $75-120

    This deposit is non refundable and will be applied to your total at the end of the service.

    If you need to reschedule your appointment and at least 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will still go toward the total at the end of the rescheduled service.

    If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose this deposit and will be required to pay another one before you are able to rebook.

    If you cancel your appointment altogether regardless of how much notice is given, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another one before you are able to rebook in the future.

  • Suite Rules

    Any form of hate speech is prohibited in the salon. This is a safe space for everyone, and if I feel that you are disrupting that in any way, I reserve the right to refuse the service and you will be asked to leave.

    Please don’t bring any kids to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. There are many chemicals and safety hazards in the salon that can be dangerous to children if left unattended.

    Please keep your shoes on to prevent possible hair slivers.

    A maximum of one guest is allowed during your appointment, as my suite is relatively small and cannot accommodate seating for multiple people.

    If using Afterpay, please let me know at the beginning of the appointment. You may be asked to pre pay for the scheduled service

    If you are using “pay later” payment options like Afterpay, you will only be able to use one app per appointment but you are welcome to split any remaining balance between other accepted payment options.

    I cannot guarantee my work unless all maintenance instructions are followed! This means product recommendations, washing schedules, etc. I will always go over maintenance during your appointment. I will recommend products, water temperatures, maintenance appointment scheduling, etc. Following this is crucial for long lasting color and maintaining your hair at home in between your appointments.

  • Cancellations

    I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or requests to reschedule.

    If you cancel or request to reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service before you are able to book another appointment.

    All No Call, No Shows are required to pay 100% of the scheduled service before being able to book another appointment. If you No Call No Show twice, I can no longer accept future appointments.

    I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that my time and resources are respected. When appointments are cancelled with short notice, it can be difficult to fill that time slot with another client.

  • Running late

    Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled. Please contact me if you know you are going to be over 15 minutes late so I can advise you on how I plan to proceed.

    If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be marked as No Call No Show and will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service before being able to book another appointment

  • Refunds

    I do not issue monetary refunds. But if your haircut or hair color needs adjusting please contact me within 7 days of the original appointment, and I am happy to set up a time to make adjustments at no charge, within reason. If you wait longer than a week to contact me, you will be required to pay for a separate service to fit your needs.
